Erin is a certified Pilates instructor, an accomplished aerialist and has been described as a wellness coach and motivator wrapped into one. She has studied with Dr. James Chestnut and immersed herself in the works of Michael Pollan and others of like mind. She was accepted into her personal mentor, Jack Canfield’s inaugural Train the Trainer program in September of 2009 and studies human potential with a voracious curiosity. Her first book Mind Over Fatter: The Secret to Thinking Yourself Thin hit the stores in 2010.
